Hi, I’m Lukas.
I’m a software engineer and cloud/AI consultant focused on building robust, scalable systems with .NET and Azure.
Here, I share insights and practical guides on .NET, Azure, and AI engineering. My focus is on making AI systems dependable — from architecture and testing to evaluation, observability, retrieval, guardrails, and delivery workflows.
My path into software engineering was not completely linear. I did my bachelor’s in psychology, developed a passion for statistics, and started a master’s in cognitive science. Along the way, I was introduced to machine learning, computational linguistics, and programming — which ultimately led me to software engineering.
That background still shapes how I approach AI systems: not just as software, but as systems where humans, tools, data, and models interact.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me powerlifting, making music (guitar, bass, piano, synths, and Ableton), or geeking out over coffee. I also spent several years doing CrossFit, played handball as a goalkeeper, and still love building LEGO sets.
